This year the Harbour Theatre committee decided to confer Life Membership to Brian Mahoney and Jo Sterkenburg. They have been a part of Harbour Theatre for many, many years and have willingly performed every task that has been thrown at them and more besides. They were presented with their Life Membership awards at the Christmas party.
October 2007
Harbour Theatre, for the third year in a row, again enjoyed success at the annual 1-act drama festival (DramaFest) held by the Independent Theatre Association (ITA) at Garrick Theatre last weekend. Sarah Christopher received an Adjudicator's Certificate for Best Newcomer for her wonderful performance in "Henna Night", while Tom Rees and Lesley Ayres both received an Adjudicator's Certificate for Inspiring Portrayal of Life Long Love in "Sandcastles on the Beach". Congratulations to Nicola Bond, Peter Kirkwood, cast and crew.
September 2007
Harbour Theatre was once again successful at the South West One Act Drama Festival 2007 with Cary Hudson winning the Best Actor Award in "Interior Designs". Congratulations to Cary, Sherrillee Walsh, cast and crew.
January 2007
Harbour Theatre received nominations for 'Best Set', 'Best Director' (Claudette Ridout) and 'Best Other Than Female Lead' (Rosemary Longhurst) for the play "Month Of Sundays" at the Finlay Awards (not bad for the only play entered by Harbour for 2006!). Unfortunately no ribbon, but congratulations to all involved.

Harbour Theatre Wins Again!
At the annual 1-act drama festival (DramaFest) held by the Independent Theatre Association (ITA) at Marloo Theatre last weekend, the production "Seaside Postcard" was awarded the Jenny McNae Adjudicators Award and the Peter Mann Best Costumes Award, as well as runner-up for Best Director (Nicola Bond) and Best Overall Production. Congratulations to Nicola Bond, cast and crew!!!

Further accolades were awarded to Harbour Theatre at the ITA Western Australian State One Act Drama Festival (DramaFest) 2005 at Roleystone Theatre with Jo Sterkenburg winning the Best Actress Award for "Nudes in Waning Light" by George Brockhill and directed by Nicola Bond. Other Harbour Theatre members were also short-listed for:
- best director (Nicola Bond for "Nudes in Waning Light")
- best actor (Rob Tagliaferri for "Nudes in Waning Light")
- best actress (Nicola Bond & Mavis Glewis for "Leaving", Norma Davis for "In By The Half")
- best supporting actress (Sidsel Brannick for "In By The Half").

Harbour Theatre awarded Life Membership to George & Joyce Iles and Shirley & Ken Crook in recognition of their dedication and commitment to Harbour Theatre over many years.

Harbour Theatre is presented with the Premiers Australia Day Active Citizenship Award in the category of community group or event for 2005 at the Australia Day ceremony at the Fremantle Arts Centre. This award was in recognition of all the volunteers that have been a part of Harbour Theatre over the last 40 odd years we've been in Fremantle. Our thanks to City of Fremantle, the hundreds of Harbour Theatre members, the other nominees and winners and to the mystery person who nominated Harbour Theatre for this award.
